Trust me - I know this is hard! I was a notorious over-sleeper last semester and it really shortened my days. So far this semester, I’ve been waking up at 7:30 am each weekday (classes don’t start till 10 am) and 9 am each weekend and it’s an amazing feeling! Not only do you squeeze in a work out and boost your metabolism, but you feel so much more energetic and productive throughout the day.
